Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the gear we provide. If we have made a mistake, please let us know so we can make it right as soon as possible. However, due to the nature of our business and demand for products being extremely high during certain times for a limited supply of shirts WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS unless it is a flaw in the item. Ordering 2 sizes and returning one is not a flaw in the item. IF YOU WASH AN ITEM IT IS NOW YOURS.
Return and Exchange Policy
- We cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred. Please request a return shipping label at orders@opolisclothing.com
- We do not offer free returns through the mail. While we still may be able to accommodate a return, unless we have made a mistake on our end, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refunded amount. For exchanges you may be invoiced for the cost of return shipping.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason if it has been more than 30 days since the purchase date. If there is a flaw, a correction, or a swap for another size that needs to be addressed with an exchange or return, it must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
Shipping Info and Additional Information:
Unfortunately we are not Amazon and our delivery drone game is none existent. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery on all regular orders and returns. In the event a requested item is going to be delayed exceeding that timeframe, we will notify you ASAP.
Refunds to your credit card should process within 1-2 business days after the refund is initiated. Should we deem we messed up. The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of each item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order. Please inform us if your credit card information has changed since your original order.
